Training

1

PACE training

PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) is a trauma-informed approach developedto support children and young people who have experienced trauma. It focuses on building trust, emotional connections, and a sense of security by fostering meaningful relationships. PACE helps caregivers interact in a way that makes children feel safe, understood, and supported. By slowing down reactions and staying emotionally attuned, PACE promotes better outcomes for children, enabling them to feel more connected and secure, which ultimately enhances their emotional and behavioral development.

Why training matters to us

At Level Up Consultancy Group, we specialise in enhancing the quality of care within children’s homes through expert consultancy and targeted training. With a wealth of experience in social care and real life, a focus on leadership development and the implementation of effective PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) principles are our cornerstone

Our leadership and PACE training equips care providers with the tools and insights necessary for impactful leadership and effective care management.

Having worked in many children’s homes where leadership and PACE were lacking, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative effect when these elements are implemented. They pave the way for meaningful and intentional working relationships, significantly expanding the outcomes and experiences for the young people in our care
